Compositing
Compositing is the process of seamlessly layering multiple elements on top of one another in order to give the impression that they were shot at the same time. Most commonly it is used to add the monsters in Hollywood movies to scenes containing actors but it can also be used for less exciting but equally crucial uses, such as removing unwanted elements from a shot or cleaning up a damaged shot to save it having to be reshot.
Color Grading
Color grading or color correction is the process of modifying the colors in a movie in order to smooth non-matching cuts together in a scene, or for creative use. A stylized or gritty look can greatly enhance the emotion of a scene, depending on the movie. We work directly with the director and/or Director of Photography at our office in Hanoi, Vietnam to achieve the desired result.
